MFDSpace provides professionally designed websites, admin dashboards, managed hosting, and digital solutions exclusively for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). Additional services and features may be introduced over time.

3. Ownership & Licensing

All website templates, designs, source code, graphics, and intellectual property developed by MFDSpace remain the property of MFDSpace unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use the website for their own business purposes and may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the source code or design.

4. Managed Hosting

Where hosting is provided by MFDSpace, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure high availability and security. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect uptime.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information during onboarding.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Ensure uploaded content complies with applicable laws.
Not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

6. Payments

All pricing is communicated before purchase. Services may require one-time setup charges, annual renewal fees, or subscription payments depending on the selected plan.

7. Renewal & Expiry

Managed hosting and support services are subject to timely renewal. Failure to renew may result in temporary suspension or removal of services after reasonable notice.

8. Support

MFDSpace provides support based on the selected plan. Support includes technical assistance related to the website, hosting, and provided features but does not include custom development unless separately agreed.

9. Prohibited Activities

Redistributing or selling MFDSpace templates.
Reverse engineering or copying platform code.
Hosting unlawful or misleading content.
Using the platform for fraudulent activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

MFDSpace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or services.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to improve, modify, discontinue, or replace any feature or service without prior notice when necessary.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
