Estimated delivery timelines begin after receiving all required content, approvals and project details from the client. Delays in providing required information may extend the delivery schedule.
Website hosting, maintenance and technical support are provided during the active subscription period. Annual renewal is required to continue hosting, maintenance and related services.
Clients retain ownership of the content, logo and other materials provided by them. Website layouts, design elements, source code and proprietary systems developed by MFDSpace remain the intellectual property of MFDSpace unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website setup charges must be paid before project delivery unless otherwise agreed. Annual renewal charges are payable before the renewal due date to ensure uninterrupted service.
MFDSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website downtime caused by third-party providers, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, misuse of the platform, illegal activities or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
