MFDSpace provides digital services including website design, website hosting, annual maintenance, CRM solutions and related services. As these are customized digital services, this Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through our website.
Website setup charges cover consultation, design, development, customization and project implementation. Once work has commenced on your project, the setup charges are generally non-refundable.
Annual renewal charges cover website hosting, SSL certificate, maintenance, backups, security updates and technical support. Renewal payments are non-refundable once the renewal period has started.
Clients may request cancellation before development work begins. If the project has already started, any refund, if applicable, shall be at the sole discretion of MFDSpace after considering the work already completed.
Charges for custom features, integrations, additional pages or other bespoke development work are non-refundable once development has commenced.
Project timelines depend on timely submission of content, approvals and required information. Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.
Services may be suspended or discontinued in cases of non-payment, misuse of services, violation of applicable laws or breach of our Terms & Conditions.
Any refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. MFDSpace reserves the right to approve or decline such requests based on the nature of the project and the services already delivered.

If MFDSpace registers or renews a domain name on behalf of a client, domain registration and renewal charges are payable to the respective domain registrar and are non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered or renewed.
