MFDSpace provides digital products and services including website templates, managed hosting, admin dashboards, website customization, and business automation solutions for Mutual Fund Distributors.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the resources involved in setup and deployment, payments made towards website development, template activation, hosting, or customization are generally non-refundable.
Website templates, source code, admin dashboards, and proprietary software remain the intellectual property of MFDSpace and are licensed for use only during the active subscription period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a cancellation request is received before any work has commenced or before deployment begins, MFDSpace may, at its sole discretion, approve a partial refund after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.
Once the website has been configured, customized, deployed, or hosting has been activated, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained.
Renewal charges for hosting, maintenance, and support are payable in advance. Once renewed, such payments are non-refundable.
Temporary interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control shall not qualify for refunds.
In the event of duplicate or excess payments due to technical errors, the excess amount will be verified and refunded through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
MFDSpace reserves the sole right to review exceptional situations and determine whether any goodwill refund or credit should be issued.
